Managing collaborators on an amendment
A member of a planning authority can add a collaborator, such as a planning consultant, to an amendment record.
A collaborator will only be able to access amendments where they have been added as a collaborator and will have the same permissions as if they were a member of the submitting planning authority.
- Access the 'Share with others' option whilst in an amendment.
- Enter the collaborators email. If the email does not exist in the system, you will be prompted to enter additional details.
- The user added will receive an email notification informing them that they have been added as a collaborator.
- To access Amendment Tracking, new users must register. They will also receive an email to complete the setup to Amendment Authoring (Keystone).
- Once logged in, the collaborator will see amendment records where they have been added as a collaborator. They can author and progress an amendment on behalf of the planning authority, and manage collaborator access to provide another user with access to the amendment.
