This program is designed for new users of ATS who have no prior knowledge of the system. The sessions are delivered online (using MS Teams) in small groups, and a training environment is provided where attendees can access the system to complete activities and practice their skills. The program spans 6 hours, delivered over 3 days.
This program is designed for ATS users who have prior experience with the system and have completed the foundation level training. It caters to the specific needs of participants. The session is conducted online and through demonstrations, with no attendee limit. After the session, attendees can choose to practice their skills in a training environment. ATS refresher training sessions last for 2 hours.

Our online training is accessible at any time and caters to individuals using ATS for the first time or seeking to refresh their knowledge about specific functions. Each module focuses on a particular aspect of the system. New users are encouraged to complete modules 1 to 9. For optimal viewing, we recommend using Chrome or Edge browsers when watching the videos.
