s72 Amendment: amend condition 5 so that it reads: Before any works start, a Site Environmental Management Plan (SEMP) must be prepared and submitted to the Responsible Authority for approval. The SEMP must include (as applicable): a. Construction details including description of all earthworks, backfilling, drainage and construction techniques. b. Construction impacts such as rehabilitation or revegetation. c. Construction materials. d. Equipment and Machinery. e. Soil and sediment control. f. No-go zones. g. Site access. h. Stockpiling areas. i. Noise. j. Native vegetation protection. k. Parking/storage areas.
