Further, it is proposed to: - Amend the permit preamble to remove 'Restricted recreation facility (gym)'; - Delete Condition 7 (as it relates to the gym operating hours and maximum capacity); and - Amend the plans (TP1.00-TP1.03) to reflect the change of use.
