Section 97 Amendment: - Correctly identifying the ‘Address of the Land’ and adding a road reserve at the site entrance. - Removing 0.064 hectares of native vegetation in road reserve. - Changes to conditions 1, 3, 4, 5, 11, 15, 18, 37 and 41 for development plans, specifications, flora surveys, off-site landscaping, the traffic management plan, the environmental management plan, noise, aviation safety and expiry. - Deletion of conditions 1(h), 3(n), 8, 9, 10, 16 and 36 for aviation lighting, lighting and review of the environmental management plan. - Addition of new conditions 36-43 relating to a setback definition and native vegetation removal, including offset requirements.
