Description of proposal
The proposal is to remove exisitng horizontal timber fence/ balcony screens to Ground floor units and replace these with vertical steel picket screens to provide improved privacy and security to the units. Picket height varies with minimum being 2000mm above ground depending on slope of ground. The units to receive improved fencing: U1-4/5 Wicklow Lane U1-4/275 Malvern Road U1-8/1A Surrey Road
