Description of proposal
The site consists of two buildings housing 19 sole occupancy units. The proposal is to upgrade aspects of the building and site including: replacing snow fences, replacing a ramp, replacing site steps, demolish one set of site steps, building a low retaining wall, building an entry roof for unit 18, building stone wall and columns at the entry and illuminated signage.
