Description of proposal
proposes to amend the ‘’Tree Removal Site Plan’ endorsed under Planning Permit No. PA2000965 The application proposes to remove an additional 13 trees. More specifically, the trees nominated as Nos. 3, 6, 8, 9, 11-14, 16, 21, 22, 50 and 52 within the accompanying documentation prepared by Glenn Waters Arboriculture are proposed to be removed to facilitate the use and development of the subject land as illustrated in the Development Plan submitted pursuant to Schedule 13 of the Development Plan Overlay (DPO13) of the Darebin Planning Scheme. The tree removal is required pursuant to the Environmental Significance Overlay.
