Description of proposal
The permit is amended to alter the permit preamble, to delete the licenced café and retail food shop in Tenancy 1 and increase the number of consulting suites to 22, and reduce the number of seats allowed for the restaurant in Tenancy 3 to 116 at lunchtime and 166 at dinner (Condition 16). Conditions 5 to 13 have been deleted to reflect the change of use in Tenancy 1. New Conditions 5 and 6 have been added to limit the operating hours and number of practitioners in Tenancy 1, and conditions have been subsequently renumbered.
