s71 Correction: removal of condition 13 - Wind as DTP (and Council) have assessed the condition to be redundant as the Wind report previously submitted with the amendment application confirms that the proposed development will not generate adverse wind conditions along the length of the new pedestrian link through the site. Importantly, the recommendations of the report do not require alterations to the form of the building and therefore no further assessment of wind effects is necessary.
