Description of proposal

Pursuant to the Melbourne Planning Scheme, a planning permit is required as follows: • Clause 32.04-6 of the MUZ – a permit is required to construct two or more dwellings on a lot. • Clause 43.02-2 of the DDO26 – a permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works associated with a noise-sensitive use. • Clause 43.02-2 of the DDO63 – a permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works. • Clause 52.06-3 - a permit is required to reduce (including reduce to zero) the number of car parking spaces required under Clause 52.06-5.
