Description of proposal
Wesley College Construct a building or construct or carry out works pursuant to Clause 37.01-4 (Special Use Zone - Schedule 3) and demolish or remove a building and construct a building or construct or carry out works pursuant to Clause 43.01-1 (Heritage Overlay - Schedule 6) generally in accordance with the submitted information. The application relates to the demolition of an existing building (G Block and single storey rear wing of the Cato building) and adjoining paved areas, removal of trees, buildings and works associated with the construction of a four storey building (Teaching & Learning Building), a single storey service building, an underground car park, sports field and facilities and associated works and landscaping in association with Wesley College (education centre). Vehicle access to the proposed car park is proposed from Moubray Street.
