Combined s72 Amendment & Condition Compliance: Condition Compliance: discharge conditions 1, 7, 9, 15, 18, 19, 22, 27, 28, 31 and 58. s72 Amendment: Amendment to the plans to incorporate changes to the basement wall setback to the southern and western boundary; changes to basement R.Ls to remove basement level out of the water table; increase to apartment to total apartment numbers; revision to bicycle parking, storage cages and car parking spaces; relocation of lift core; internal layout changes; revision to services layout on Sutton Street; reconfigured communal amenities and apartment entry; reduction to setback in western laneway; increase to setback in southern laneway; various increases to setbacks from level 1 and above; alteration to height of plant screen and lift over-run; alterations to approved materiality; update to canopy design; change to vehicle entry door location; changes to public realm/laneway arrangements; and amendment to Condition 1(a), 12 (title)-(e) and 13 of the permit.
