Description of proposal
Heritage College - Refurbishment and upgrade works to existing classroom buildings at Heritage College, Narre Warren South to align with modern educational standards. Proposed Scope of Works: 1. Demolition of Existing Single-Storey Classroom Building, consisting of 2 classrooms, group learning area, teacher room, and verandah. 2. Construction of New Double-Storey Classroom Building, consisting of 4 new classrooms, withdrawal spaces, staff rooms, storage facilities, installing a lift, outdoor learning areas, and pergolas. 3. Refurbishment of Classroom Building, consisting of 4 existing classrooms and the ground floor corridor. 4. Upgrade of Existing Double-Storey Classroom Building Facade. 5. Demolition of the existing classroom building to expand the courtyard and create new landscaping features. 6. Extending and/or installing new services to support the new Double-Storey Classroom Building.
