Description of proposal
s72 Amendment: amendment to the endorsed plans following detailed design relating to the construction of deck and planter boxes. Condition 7 as below, is proposed to be discharged for endorsement: - By no later than 1 November 2023, or as otherwise agreed in writing by the responsible authority, design details of the transition between the finished surface level of the promenade and the finished floor level of the pre-function area must be submitted to the responsible authority for approval in consultation with Heritage Victoria. - It is further proposed to include the additional address of 68 Siddeley Street, Docklands within the permit preamble (title reference Crown Allotment 2288, City of Melbourne, Parish of Melbourne North).
