Description of proposal
Permit to remove native vegetation one tree (in significant decline) to enable the reinstatement of internal fencing and boulevard at 265 Hall Road Skye, as a result of the Hall Road upgrade project in accordance with the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 requirements for 'like for like' replacement. The planning permit is required as one tree that needs to be removed is not within the existing specific controls overlay for the Hall Road Upgrade project and is therefore not exempt from planning permit requirements.
