Description of proposal
S71 Correction: required to provide clarity on who the Responsible Authority is and to ensure the conditions meet the intent of the proposed permit conditions provided by the recommending referral authority (City of Greater Geelong ). The City of Greater Geelong (CoGG) advised they are not the Responsible Authority for the permit and the permit conditions. For the avoidance of any doubt, any references to the ‘City of Greater Geelong’ and ‘Council’ should be amended to the Responsible Authority throughout the permit. CoGG’s intent was also for Condition 14(a), 14(b) and 14(c) to be separate and distinct conditions. CoGG’s referral response refers to Condition 14(a), 14(b) and 14(c) as Conditions 10, 11, 12 & 13.
