Description of proposal

Amend the existing permit to include changes to the permit and plans. Permit being amended allows for buildings and works associated with the construction of a six storey building containing apartments, a ski lodge, retail spaces, a waiver of bicycle requirements and loading and unloading requirements, removal of native vegetation, alteration of access to a road in a Road Zone category one and associated roadworks to Davenport Drive in accordance with the endorsed plans
