Description of proposal

s72 Amendment: insert additional conditions that identify the street tree to be removed and to provide compensation to the City of Greater Geelong for the removal. Changes to the liquor licensing conditions 7 so they accord with the existing Novotel Hotel liquor licencing conditions as follows. Amend plans as follows: Ground Floor – Internal changes, Retention of 34 space car park (26 spaces endorsed) and Bin Area relocated Floor 2 - Internal changes to provide staff facilities Floor 3 - Reduced restaurant from 118-101 seats, removal of lounge area, includes sauna and gym, relocation of staff facilities, car park reduced from 20-16 spaces Floor 4 -18 car spaces provided, removed pool, gym and toilets.
