Description of proposal
Changes relate to the removal of the southern portion of the existing building façade to improve façade presentation and street activation, enclosure of the level 11 terrace with a glass roof to ensure usability all year round, enhancement of hotel and office public spaces, inclusion of larger retail tenancies at the ground floor, a more integrated ground floor layout to better integrate the office, new hotel and retail spaces and inclusion of co-working spaces. The proposed changes also include improvements to sustainability with the incorporation of fresh air mechanical systems and inclusion of Solar PV awnings on the façade.
