Description of proposal
Combined s72 Amendment & condition compliance. s72 Amendment: Insert 'Residential Hotel' into the permit preamble via Section 72 of the P & E Act. Changes are also proposed to the mix of programs within the building (i.e. include residential hotel and additional commercial floor area) . Sub-sequential design changes are also proposed to the development - these are captured in the amended plans. Condition Compliance: discharge condition 1, 7 16, 19 and 20.
