Description of proposal

Use and development of land for a renewable energy facility (solar), associated utility installations, removal of native vegetation and boundary realignment. A permit is required to • use land for a renewable energy facility and battery energy storage system in the FZ, pursuant to Clause 35.07-1; • use land for a utility installation associated with a renewable energy facility in the FZ, pursuant to Clause 35.07-1; • resubdivide land in the FZ, pursuant to clause 35.07-3 • construct buildings and works associated with a renewable energy facility and battery energy storage system in the FZ, pursuant to Clause 35.07-4; • carry out works for utility installation associated with a renewable energy facility and battery energy storage system in the FZ, pursuant to Clause 35.07-4; • use land for a utility installation associated with a renewable energy facility in the TRZ2, pursuant to Clause 36.04-1; • carry out works for utility installation associated with a renewable energy facility and battery energy storage system in the TRZ2, pursuant to clause 36.04-2; • construct a building or construct or carry out works in the ESO1, pursuant to Clause 42.01-2; • create an easement on the land, pursuant to clause 52.02 • remove native vegetation from the land, pursuant to clause 52.17 • create an access to a road in TRZ2, pursuant to clause 52.29
