s71 Correction: to make a correction to condition 22 as follows: 'that prior to the occupation of the building (CW6), the Eco Park interface that extend from CW6 west property boundary to the planning unit boundary (as described on Aspect Studios submission) and that includes the proposed laneway west of CW6, must be formally vested in Council as a Reserve on the plan of subdivision to the satisfaction of Melbourne City Council.’
