Description of proposal
s72 Amendment: amend the conditions of the permit (amend part of the preamble, change and removal of part of condition 1, removal of parts of conditions 13, 14 & 25 and amend the plans (to change the overall development into Social Housing and a change in yield from 82 apartments (including townhouses) and 87 car spaces to 89 apartments and 57 car spaces). Key changes are summarised as follows: •Removal of one (1) podium level car park and introduction an additional level of apartments. •Removal of balconies along Cheltenham Road •Removal of townhouses (on western side) fronting the internal road. •Amendments to external materials and finishes.
