What is this tool for?
Every planning application is required to be accompanied by a Certificate of Title, which can be downloaded by the applicant from Landata. Because this can be a confusing process for inexperienced applicants we have created a simple guide that outlines the steps. The guide and video should be available to applicants to assist them in obtaining a Certificate of Title.

The tool can be edited and customised as needed, although the process is the same across all councils and should require minimal customisation.

The process to obtain a title is consistent across the state, however you should amend the document to be aligned with your other materials, by adding your council branding for example.
Additionally, you may wish to expand or rework the text in the framework to suit your preferred language style.

- store a copy where it can be easily located.
Providing these definitions will increase applicant understanding of the process to download a Title and reduce council time and resources.
